Boat show season is upon us, so I’ve gone superyacht shopping on a budget. With over 700 brokerage yachts currently on the market, ranging in price from €295,000 for a used vessel to €185 million for some of the largest new-build concepts, I’ve explored just how much boat a smaller budget can get you.

Here’s my top 5 for superyachts for under €5 million:

Built in 1959, she presents a fantastic refit opportunity for an owner with vision who’s looking to put his or her own stamp on something. Operated as a private yacht since 2004, Blue Dawn can sleep ten guests in five cabins but this could easily be increased to a 12-guest capacity.
