Summer in Europe is already hotting up and we can not wait for the season to start. All over the Riveria, calendars are filling up with events and parties so we wanted to make sure that you have this in your diary if you’ll be Antibes next week in time for the Antibes International Day of Yoga.
Yoga has long been a popular form of exercise for the yachting community. You can do it anywhere, even the confines of your own cabin and for those that spend many months at sea, it is a quick and easy way to keep your mind and body in check.
Now, for the first time, Antibes International Day of Yoga is coming to Bastion St. Jaume in Antibes thanks to Port Vauban who have donated the use of one of Antibes loveliest locations. This is an offering for the local community to enjoy an evening of a FREE yoga on Wednesday 21st June which is being run in partnership by Noona Ayres, founder of Revitalize and Geraldine Hardy, owner of Azure Yoga Studio. These two yogis have nearly 20 years of experience in various yoga movements and holistic practice, and can’t wait to share some of their expertise with you.
They will guide you through a whole host of postures, breathing exercises and meditation practices to give you a truly unique experience in beautiful surroundings that will be sure to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Come and join them plus more than 100 other yoga lovers for an evening of fun and learning next week to unwind and teach your body something new! If you love yoga or are keen to give it a go, this is an event not to be missed.
Check it out here here for all the information you’ll need for the day.
