Roman Abramovich, known for his success as the owner of Chelsea Football Club, also owns one of the world’s most luxurious yachts – Eclipse. At 162.5 meters, Eclipse is the second-largest superyacht globally and was delivered to Abramovich in December 2010, after five years of design and testing.

Built for luxury & adventure

Constructed by Blohm + Voss and designed by Terence Disdale. Its impressive features include two helipads, a 16-meter swimming pool that converts into a dance floor, a beach club, and even a submarine docking station.


Technological mastery

Eclipse is also one of the most advanced yachts in the world. She boasts high-tech safety features like motion sensors and bulletproof glass. An anti-paparazzi system designed to block unwanted photographs. Its diesel-electric engines provide a maximum speed of 25 knots, allowing it to travel up to 6,000 nautical miles before refueling.


Interior design & amenities

Inside, Eclipse offers an Art Deco design with soft metallic finishes, luxurious suites, and a variety of leisure options. There’s space 36 guests in 18 suites comprising seventeen VIP cabins. She can also carry up to 70 crew. The 5000-square-foot master suite spans nearly an entire deck. Each guest cabin is equipped with a private cinema screen, jacuzzi, and spa facilities.
