SYC spoke to Julien Guesdon, part of the AGents team!
Which areas does AGents cover?
We cover Monaco and all of the French Riviera yachting hotspots. Our more recent developments have also lead to successful office openings in Asia & Pacific areas (Singapore, New Zealand).
Our group has a long history and experience, with well-trained and quality people in our teams… This allows us to help our customers with super reactive replies and solutions to almost any request.
How can the team help superyachts?
Obviously, we provide the core services that a yacht agent must be able to accomplish (berth reservations, clearance, visa coordination, technical support…) Our teams also advise on all local rules, customs and regulations.
We have created more than two years ago, a logistics hub, located between Nice and Monaco and which allows to receive and treat very efficiently all the parcels for our guests daily. We deliver them with our fleet of vehicles in record times.
Moreover, we have developed a top-notch concierge department allowing us to get the best treatment to the owners and guests for all leisure requests (restaurants, Night clubs, Beach Clubs…).
We are happy to feel that captains know us well and also pass the word around, and we are grateful to them for this!

2024 Update. Their Latest Developments…
They have now reached V3 of their proprietary App: “My Agents Online” (https://a-gents.eu/agents-digital/my-agents-online/).
They offer their customers (at no extra cost) a dashboard and interactive features displaying all the bookings and services that AGents manage for them. It also allows your yacht to settle invoices through the App.
Julien adds:
Also, one thing which is highly appreciated by those who tried us, is that we have effectively developed managing events (ashore and onboard) and lifestyle management. The guests (and therefore the captain) always give superb feedback on the events that we coordinated – which mostly include talented musicians and DJs, caterers, and of course also fantastic decoration, and themed arrangements!”
What AGents Can Offer Crew!
They make it a point of honour to provide comprehensive services and to be extensively available to assist crew.
This means that they arrange all their customs and travel related needs (stamps in / out, hotel, transports) but also everything related to medical assistance. Cherry on top, they are also happy to help with tips when crew manage to have a bit of free time in the area to enjoy the local pleasures.
