Description
Experienced Sous Chef required for a wonderful dual-season private/charter motor yacht.
-We are looking for an established Sous Chef with previous experience as a Sous Chef on a similar sized vessel or even Head/Sole Chef experience on a smaller vessel. You will be responsible for both assisting the Head Chef with guest food as well as mentoring the Third Chef.
-You will ideally have at least 3-5 years of experience in the industry, a restaurant background is also desired. We are looking for a strong candidate, who is keen to take on responsibility and be a valuable member of the team. You will work closely with the Head Chef and be in charge of some of the galley admin.
-The role comes with a 2:2 rotation.
-Salary is 6,000 dollars per month.
-The vessel is a busy private/charter vessel, with equally shares of the tips included.
-You will ideally already have your B1B2 in hand but assistance may be able to be provided with visas.
-Start date will be the start of December.
