West Nautical are recruiting a Rotational Sole Chef for a 50m MY, Charter/Private Vessel.

The candidate must have professional culinary training and extensive Charter experience with a solid background in high end restaurants along with flawless References.

The Chef should have strong experience in Pastry, Italian and Asian cuisines to qualify for the position. Looking for a professional, hardworking and can-do attitude as this is a very busy program.

Start Date: 12 July 2024
Qualifications: STCW, ENG1, Ships Cook Certificate & professional Culinary training
Package: Salary – DOE, 2:2 Rotation, full MLC Contract & Flights
