Operations Manager

I am working with an exciting company based in the UK who have are seeing excellent growth and are now recruiting for a Operations Manager to oversee the day to day business. For the role you will be involved with different parts of the business as well as speaking with internal and external stakeholders. 

Responsibilities

• You will be excellent communicator with different levels of the business as well as external
• Be able to work at a fast paced speed while be accurate with information
• You will have a overview of the fleet and will attend urgent matters
• You will have a clear and good understanding how a yacht operates
• Managing the entire purchasing process for the managed yachts, including quotes, purchase orders, invoices and payments.
• Compiling and analysing financial information to pass accounting entries, such as general ledger accounts, and documenting business transactions.
• Preparing profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports for the managed yachts

Qualifications

• Sailed in a senior rank of either chief officer or Captain
• Worked ashore in either a similar role or in the role of Operations Manager
• Have the right to live and work in the UK

For the role you will have the right to live and work in the UK. The salary will be discussed at interview stage.
