As summer draws to a close, the spotlight shifts to the French Riviera for the Cannes Yachting Festival 2024, kicking off on 10th September. This six-day event is a highlight of the maritime calendar, bringing together nearly 700 boats, including 120 world premieres, across two renowned locations: the Vieux Port and Port Canto.
What’s Going On
Vieux Port will host 355 new motorboats, showcasing the latest in design and technology, while Port Canto caters to sailing enthusiasts with 120 monohulls and multihulls. The addition of a Power Boat Marina at Port Canto, dedicated to boats under 13m, ensures that all segments of the yachting market are represented.
Key themes this year
Innovation and sustainability are key themes this year, with the “Innovation Route” guiding visitors through eco-friendly technologies and cutting-edge designs. Highlights include the debut of the Zodiac Nautic X10CC and the BRABUS Shadow 1000 Sun Top Signature Edition. Both are pushing the boundaries of performance and luxury.
Luxury services are also in full swing, with VIP guests enjoying exclusive offerings from Louis Roederer Champagne and stylish transport. A complimentary sea shuttle will connect the Vieux Port and Port Canto, allowing visitors to explore all that the festival has to offer.
