At the Palm Beach International Boat Show 2024, Ulyssia Residences AG revealed their grand vision for an extraordinary 320m residential superyacht concept named Ulyssia, developed in partnership with renowned designer Espen Øino and shipbuilder Meyer Werft. This revolutionary superyacht promises a unique blend of luxurious travel experiences, taking those on board to destinations ranging from chic yachting ports and iconic global cities to the most remote corners of the earth.

Luxurious & Customisable Living Spaces

Ulyssia will house 119 residences and 13 guest suites, with homes varying from 166 to over 1,400 square metres. Residences will feature one to six-bedroom configurations, complete with reception rooms, open-plan kitchens, and terraces.

Guest cabins are to be available for extended family use and invited lecturers or destination experts, facilitated by EYOS Expeditions, the superyacht’s expedition partner. Interiors will be customisable, designed by FM Architettura, and enhanced by contributions from eight other designers, including Remi Tessier, Lenny Kravitz, and Sabrina Monte Carlo, which should give each apartment its own feel.

Unmatched Amenities & Community

The superyacht’s amenities include a Chenot-managed wellness center offering a spa, sports and fitness facilities, and dental care. The medical facility will be equipped with advanced technology, including X-rays, MRI, CT scanners, endoscopy, and ultrasound equipment. Residents will enjoy a signature wine cellar, a variety of restaurants featuring guest chefs, and outdoor amenities like a yacht club, marina, dive centre, and multiple pools. Additional facilities include a two-level theatre, an extensive library, and several conference rooms.

Two resident helicopters will provide transport and facilitate adventures like heliskiing. Ulyssia’s advanced and sustainable power system also anticipates to incorporate integrated waste recycling and processing. Ownership is planned to be shared freehold, allowing residents to own the ship in perpetuity. Based on the square footage of their residence.

Alain Gruber, CEO of Ulyssia Residences:

“[Every resident] has something in common. They want to travel, they are curious, they are adventurous. But after that, they divide up into these sub-groups. You have your foodies, you have your divers, you have your sailors, you have your art collectors, people that interested in reading and book clubs – all those subcommittees will start to form on board and create a real sense of community.”
