Who Are They?
It is true that Evolution Yacht Agents was founded in 2010, but all the knowledge behind it is much longer than just 14 years. Beatriz & Belen, the founding members, have both extensive knowledge thanks to having worked in previous yacht agencies. They have funded other yachting businesses, and even Belen has been a crew member on superyachts.

Winter Plans In Spain?
Get refit or maintenance works VAT exempt
Many have likely heard of Inward Processing, known as TPA in Spain. Whether one is already familiar with the procedure or encountering the term for the first time, Evolution offers comprehensive insights into all its details.
The main advantage of this procedure is that the vessel saves 21% VAT on supplier invoices, applicable not only to invoices from Spanish companies but also from suppliers registered in other countries. Importation of any spare parts related to TPA can be bonded to this regime, avoiding the payment of customs import taxes and VAT.
TPA is a complicated process. Even if all requirements for Inward Processing are met, a small mistake can result in paying VAT for refit and maintenance work. Therefore, having an Authorized Economic Operator like Evolution, which has successfully managed over 460 TPAs, handle the entire procedure and maintain contact with Customs, significantly eases the process and provides peace of mind.
