Located in the UNESCO-protected Bay of Kotor, an integral part of Porto Montenegro Marina is the onsite Porto Montenegro Crew Club. The club is home to a community that brings together yacht crew through exciting year-round social events. Every gathering, from sports tournaments to paintballing, parties, and jetty-side BBQs, is an opportunity to engage with crewmates. It’s also a great way for crew to meet new people who live and work in Porto Montenegro.

2. Superyacht Winter Games

Expanding the ongoing activities calendar for crew, the Crew Club hosts the competitive and exciting Superyacht Winter Games, every year. Spread over two weekends, crew members tour from North to South, putting their sporting and teambuilding skills to the test in the Montenegrin outdoor terrain.

3. Learning Opportunities

As well as fun and games, Porto Montenegro Yacht Club has its own on-site RYA Training Centre. The Royal Yachting Association (RYA ) is the UK national body for all forms of boating. The forward-thinking training continues to evolve, keeping Captains and crew up to date with the dynamic world of boating.

You can expect high standards of equipment, for both sailing and powerboat, and great weather conditions for most of the year. But most of all, a beautiful learning environment, with the support of the PMYC team.

4. Easy Access To European Hotspots

While everyone loves the coast, Porto Montenegro understand that crew have the travel bug and want to explore when they can ! Luckily, Porto Montenegro is ideally situated within driving distance of three international airports in Tivat, Podgorica, and Dubrovnik in Croatia.Tivat airport is only a 5-minute drive away from the marina; for Podgorica, you will need 90 minutes and less than a two-hour ride to Dubrovnik airport.

There are also direct flights from more than 90 cities in the summer months, including Barcelona, Berlin, London, Lyon, New York, Oslo, Paris, Stockholm and Zurich, so travelling to the region could not be easier.
