The 35m expedition-style yacht ‘Project Fox’ which is currently in build at Pendennis’ Falmouth facility moves further towards its 2023 completion date. The bulkheads and technical equipment will be installed in the next stage of construction, which is scheduled to begin soon. For the first time in Pendennis’ history, the yacht is for sale during the build, with Ian Sherwood from Burgess acting as the central broker.

The vessel features interior and exterior styling from UK based design firm Q London. The UK based design firm is putting an emphasis on a neutral interior, acting as a blank canvas that will appeal to a wide range of potential owners. By focusing on “clean lines on the outside of the boat to run through the interior”, buyers will then be able to “come on board with any artwork, soft furnishings, light fittings and ultimately create a personal stamp themselves,” commented James Ratcliffe, managing partner of Q London.
